What is the price difference between someone who is buying flowers with a permit which i think would be wholesale and going as general public to buy? Say a dozen roses
Does anyone know the difference in price of flowers in LA flower district?
The biggest price difference is based on volume. People buying with a wholesale license will not buy a dozen roses. They will buy 20 dozens. The flower mart sells to flower shops. If you buy direct from the flower mart you will always pay less than the local florist and get fresher flowers

The 'flower' site below might give you an idea. About $1.75 each wholesale. Then maybe sell them for $2.
